Bendigo Bank has produced its Australian Farmland Values 2025.
Australian farmland values have now recorded an 11th year of unbroken growth, with the national median price rising to a record level in 2024. While farmland remains a desirable asset, the pace of growth remains constrained, having plateaued since 2023. This is the second consecutive year of moderate growth, following the unprecedented lift in the Australian farmland market throughout 2019-2022.
